True Thailand Tourist INFINITE SIM (30-Day) – Terms and Conditions

This service is intended for individual users who purchase a prepaid True Thailand Tourist INFINITE SIM (30-day) from TrueMove H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (referred to as "the Company"). The service is available to users with devices that support 5G, 4G, or 3G on designated frequencies provided by the Company.

1. Service Inclusions
   • The SIM includes unlimited mobile internet via 5G, 4G, 3G, EDGE, or GPRS at maximum available speed.
     Maximum data speed is defined as follows:
     • 5G supports speeds up to 1000 Mbps
     • 4G supports speeds up to 100 Mbps
     • 3G supports speeds up to 42 Mbps
   • Free WiFi access is available via SSIDs .@TRUEWIFI and .@truemoveH.
   • Unlimited calls to all Thai networks (limited to 15 minutes per call).
   • Free credit of 100 Baht for usage on local/international calls, SMS, iSMS, MMS, and iMMS.

2. Out-of-Bundle Usage
   • Bundled services are for use within Thailand only.
   • Prepaid international roaming is not included.
3. Out-of-Bundle Charging Rates
   Any charges beyond the package entitlements will follow the user's base prepaid plan or current promotional offer.

4. Top-Up and Validity
   • Top-up amounts and the corresponding SIM validity are as follows
     • 10, 20, 50, 150, or 300 Baht provides 30 days of validity
     • 1,000 Baht provides 90 days of validity
   • The maximum validity per SIM is 90 days.
   • The maximum credit allowed per SIM is 5,000 Baht.
5. WiFi Access (TrueMove H)
   • Users can log in using their mobile number and receive a password by dialing *871*4#
   • WiFi connection methods include:
     • Manual login via browser to SSID .@TRUEWIFI
     • Auto-login via SSID .@truemoveH after initial setup
   • If the password is forgotten, dial *871*4# again or contact 1242
   • WiFi sessions automatically log out after 10 minutes of inactivity.
   • Only one device can connect per login session.
6. General Conditions and Prohibited Use
   • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without prior notice if any of the following violations occur:
     • Violation of the Purpose of Contract
       • The SIM must be used solely for individual, non-commercial communication in good faith, consistent with personal usage behavior.
       • Users must not use the service for commercial purposes, resale, automation, or redistribution.
       • Users must not modify or connect third-party systems or equipment that interfere with or redistribute the Company's network.
       • Any direct or indirect activity causing harm, disruption, or unfair impact to the network or other users is strictly prohibited.
     • Fraudulent Activities
       • Using forged, invalid, or misleading documents to register.
       • Suspected or confirmed fraudulent behavior in SIM activation or service usage.
       • Illegal use of the service in any manner violating laws or internal Company policies.
   • The Company may monitor service usage and take necessary action to protect service quality and network integrity.
7. Changes to Terms
   • The Company reserves the right to change, amend, suspend, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time due to regulatory, legal, operational, or commercial reasons.
   • Unless otherwise required by law, changes will be announced with at least 30 days' advance notice through appropriate communication channels.
